The platform is equipped with latest technologies that is Mobile First and Cloud Based. It is known for its AI powered insights, IOT Driven data which is suitable for new and old buildings. With the help of these emerging technologies Facillizence has been able to reduce maintenance repair costs, reduce energy wastage and help improve team productivity and asset life.
We were approached to create a sustainable mobile application that would help track the in house maintenance and to track their critical assets.
Initially, when facillizence started to expand, there was a challenge to access the in house maintenance and to analyse the activities. There was no way to track the status of any maintenance activity or to notify the complex about upcoming activities. It was also tough to keep a tab of the critical assets and the usage. This has resulted in outages, incident failures and unplanned activity clashes.
Facillizence needed a breakthrough with tracking their facilities and to have a one view of their critical assets and to analyse their usage.
Facillizence approached us with the challenge and to find a fix that can help them to make their framework optimised and easy to track.

What We Did
We have come up with a mobile application for facillizence that can help track the critical assets activities and utilities.
When Facillizence decided to come up with a mobile application, we were approached to design and develop the application. We have gathered the requirements through problem statement analysis and we have put the slabs together to understand the flow and stages.
Break flow of facillizence application design
After the analysis we have identified that the key requirements of Facillizence was to analyse and track three major issues –
- Critical Assets
- Upcoming and ongoing Activities
- Utilities usage
With the help our design team, we were able to build the User Interface and the break flow goes as follows- onboarding, managing activities,PPM view, tracking assets, list of utilities, settings, properties and incidents notifications.
After the design team, with the help of development team we have built the application in 3 stages:
STAGE 1 :
Build static streams based on the data-fixed screen and send it as a velocity for the building through the app
we have used flutter- which is a google framework to build this.
STAGE 2 :
We have made the dynamic dashboard which gives a hands on experience of the application. After client interactions through demos, we have built the application that is stable.
STAGE 3 :
Testing and rolling out of the application
