The ideology of this application was put forth by Caroline Trickey – dietician/ health coach and her observations on her clients has led to putting this across on the mobile application platform. She believes that the external urges to break the fitness journey can be controlled by simple breathing exercises. Interesting right ?!
The Challenge:
We were approached to help create an interactive mobile application that would help people drive towards their fitness journey successfully.
Caroline Trickey, who is a dietician/ Health coach has observed through her clients that people are easily able to start a fitness schedule but while on the journey there are few challenges through external factors such as their urge to include rice, chips, sugar, salt etc. She understood the pattern and she believes that these urges can be controlled by simple breathing techniques.
She has approached us to create an interactive application so the users can track their urges and be successful in following their weight loss journey. We have heard her requirements and we have come up with an interactive application that can help people serve their fitness needs.

Design:
We have created UI/UX design for the application with added functionalities like animations – such as breath in, breathe out through animation tools. We have used Rive- Lottie to create the animations.

- Paid services for more impact and tips
- Free service to understand the importance and understanding of the application.
- Breathing exercise to surf the urges.
Features:
- The features include voice- breathing exercise
- Interactive breathing sessions with color animations.
- Badges and rewards for surfing 10 successful urges.

Analysis:
The Analysis of urge happens in 4 stages.
Noting the intensity of the urge before the breathing exercise.
Tracking the intensity of the urge after the breathing exercise.
Fighting the urge with the help of breathing exercise and tips.
Reward the users with badges after every 10 successful urge surfs.
Results:
The design for the application was prepared in over a few weeks by our design team and the application was developed with a continuous development mode by taking in feedback and went live with updates and fixes on the interactives.
